Product Summary:

SafeSource Concrete Cleaner Concentrate is a blend of water-based surfactants and solubilizers designed to quickly remove grease, carbon residuals, oil, mildew and dirt from concrete and stone surfaces. This product will replace standard cleaners containing petroleum distillates, terpene, hydrocarbon blends and ozone depleting components. This product is also effective against many commercial grade paints yet is non-corrosive to plastics, polymers and other electrometric materials.

Available Sizes:

• 1 Gallon Jug (4 per case)
• 5 Gallon Pail
• 55 Gallon Drum

Standard Cleaning:

Add 20 ounces of product per 1 U. S. Gallon with water (20 parts product to108 parts water).

Heavy Cleaning:

Add 32 ounces of product per 1 U. S. Gallon with water (32 parts product to 96 parts water). Product can be used at full strength if required.

Use Instructions:

Apply directly to surface with a sprayer, sponge or cloth. Allow product to sit for at least 3 minutes (up to 15 minutes may be ennead for certain applications) and then rinse thoroughly. If required, scrub surface with a compatible bristle brush before rinsing. Do not allow product to sit on asphalt for more than 5 minutes before rinsing.
