Product Summary:

SafeSource Exterior Cleaner represents a new alternative to hazardous solvents and cleaners that often contain ammonia, butyl cellosolve, isopropanol, petroleum distillates or other flammable and/or toxic components. This unique blend of water-based surfactants and solubilizers was formulated to quickly remove deposits of grease, dirt and carbon, often associated with auto emissions, from exterior surfaces without harmful side effects. This product is non-corrosive to a wide range of metals and is compatible with building trim, painted wood, stone, vinyl and other standard exterior building materials.

Dilution:

Standard Cleaning:

Add 1 ounce of product to 1 U. S. Gallon water (1 parts product to 127 parts water)

Heavy Cleaning:

Add 5 ounces of product to 1 U. S. Gallon water (5 parts product to 123 parts water). Product can be used safely at full strength for spot cleaning.

Use Instructions:

Apply directly to surface with a sprayer (product is compatible with pressure sprayers), sponge or brush. Allow product to sit for 2 to 3 minutes and rinse until foam is eliminated. If required, use a soft bristle brush on heavily soiled areas.
